Silke Stremlau Managing Director, Finance for Transition – F4T gGmbH
Silke Stremlau is the Managing Director of Finance for Transition – F4T, a Berlin-based think-and-do tank that works to channel capital to where it is needed to support a resilient economy. For 25 years, she has helped shape the sustainable finance market as an analyst, investor, supervisory board member and policy adviser. From 2018 to 2023, she served on the Executive Board of Hannoversche Kassen, where she was responsible for sustainable investment. Before that, she was a shareholder in imug Beratungsgesellschaft mbH for 15 years, where she led the company’s sustainability ratings work. She serves on NORD/LB’s supervisory board and is a member of the German Government’s current Sustainable Finance Practice Advisory Board.
