Launchwebinar: Biodiversity Benefit Accounting (BioBA) Guidance (in English)

The CEO Water Mandate, the UN Global Compact’s water initiative, is pleased to invite to the official launch of the Biodiversity Benefit Accounting (BioBA) Guidance. A practical, science-based framework that supports companies and project partners in identifying, measuring, and communicating biodiversity benefits within corporate water stewardship and biodiversity projects.

This event will highlight how the BioBA Guidance helps bridge a critical gap in current practice—enabling organizations to move beyond risk mitigation toward credible, nature-positive outcomes, aligned with global initiatives and frameworks, including SDG 6 and broader biodiversity goals.
During the session, participants will:

• Gain an overview of the BioBA seven-step methodology
• Learn how the framework can be flexibly applied across different geographies and project contexts
• Explore how BioBA can strengthen corporate water stewardship and biodiversity action at the local and basin levels
