As the EU moves toward implementing the new Forced Labour Regulation, companies across global value chains face rising expectations to identify, prevent and address forced labour risks.
Join us on 3 September 2026 at 3 p.m. CEST for EU Forced Labour Ban: What Companies Need to Know Before Implementation. As the third session of the 2026 EU Sustainability Navigator series, experts will bring clarity to how the EU will operationalize the ban — and what it means for both EU‑based companies and their non‑EU suppliers.
Participants will gain insight into how the European Commission will conduct investigations, what evidence and due diligence practices companies will be expected to demonstrate, and how the regulation aligns with the CSDDD and CSRD/ESRS. The session will also explore practical steps for preparing high‑risk supply chains, engaging suppliers, and ensuring responsible, rights‑respecting responses ahead of enforcement.
This 60-minute live session will feature simultaneous translation in French, Spanish, Portuguese and Turkish.
