The UN GCD Supply Chain Dialogue 2026 brings together companies, suppliers, and rightsholder representatives to explore how human rights due diligence (HRDD) can become more effective, collaborative, and impactful.

Building on approaches that move beyond compliance-driven tools such as audits and self-assessment questionnaires, this session focuses on the mining sector in Southeast Asia. Participants will examine key human rights challenges across mining value chains and discuss how greater collaboration, transparency, and rightsholder involvement can contribute to more effective HRDD.

Target group: Professionals from UN GCD member companies, especially in sustainability, procurement, or compliance roles but also anyone involved in shaping or implementing due diligence processes and interested in learning from existing corporate practice, reflecting on common challenges, and helping shape what comes next.
