By signing the UN Global Compact, companies undertake to respect the ten principles and to promote sustainable development at home and around the world. But how can this commitment be efficiently implemented in practice?
The UN GCG and the UN Global Compact have developed information materials, tools and learning formats, which are all geared to the needs of the responsible environmental, CSR, compliance, sustainability and risk managers. They are aligned with the content of the ten principles and thus to the core issues of human rights and labour standards, environmental protection and corruption prevention. All activities are aimed (in the long-term) at the initiation of change processes in companies and at the strategic anchoring of sustainability along the entire value and supply chains.
