The CEO Water Mandate mobilizes business leaders to advance water stewardship, sanitation, and the Sustainable Development Goals – in partnership with the United Nations, governments, peers, civil society, and others.
The CEO Water Mandate is building an international movement of committed companies, both leaders and learners. In this spirit, the initiative welcomes companies of all sizes and from all sectors, from all parts of the world, and at all stages of the water stewardship journey. Endorsers of the CEO Water Mandate recognize that through individual and collective action they can identify and reduce critical short-term water risks to their businesses and contribute to the realization of Sustainable Development Goals that support vibrant economies and create new market opportunities. The CEO Water Mandate offers a unique platform to share best and emerging practices and to forge multi-stakeholder partnerships to address challenges related to water scarcity, water quality, water governance, and access to water and sanitation.
The new Water Stewardship Leaders blog provides a forum for water stewardship experts from the Mandate Secretariat, endorsing companies, and key stakeholders to share their experiences and insights with a global audience. Through the blog, contributors will showcase stewardship best practices, opinions, upcoming events, new reports, and other CEO Water Mandate news.
